PUBLIC OFFER (ENGLISH VERSION)

This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official proposal from the Website Administration to enter into a Sale Agreement with any individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") for the purchase of Goods under the conditions set forth in this Offer. The Website Administration and the Client are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."

This Offer is addressed to an unlimited number of individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into civil relations with the Website Administration in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

The Client confirms that they possess sufficient legal capacity to enter into a Sale Agreement. Acceptance of this Offer is carried out through conclusive actions, such as payment for the Goods, indicating the Client's intention to enter into a legal relationship with the Website Administration. Acceptance of the Offer signifies full and unconditional agreement with the terms of the Offer.

Upon acceptance of the Offer, the Sale Agreement is considered concluded and binding for both Parties.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. For the purposes of this Offer, the following terms are used:

  1. Website – the website located at the domain names alldigistore.com, along with its associated pages, enabling interaction between the Client and the Seller for the purchase of Goods.
  2. Website Administration – the owner of the Website, responsible for its operation and management.
  3. Service Administration - LLC "Mobile Wallet", Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, Sverdlovsk district, Frunze str., house 300/3 represented by its authorized representative (moderator), which has the rights to use, manage and dispose of the Service. The Service Administration is the operator of personal data processing within the meaning established by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
  4. Seller – the Website Administration or any third party selling Goods through the Website.
  5. Client – an individual purchasing Goods through the Website.
  6. Goods – digital products, including game keys and game accounts.

1.2. Any terms not defined in section 1.1 are interpreted in accordance with the Offer, the laws of the Russian Federation, and business practices.

2. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER

2.1. Under this Offer, the Website Administration provides the Client with the opportunity to purchase Goods through the Website, and the Client agrees to pay for the Goods as outlined in the Offer.

2.2. The name, assortment, description, and price of the Goods are specified on the Website.

2.3. The Goods are provided to the Client in accordance with the characteristics specified on the Website. The Website Administration guarantees the functionality of the Goods at the time of transfer.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. The Website Administration's obligations:

  1. Maintain the operational status of the Website.
  2. Provide technical support to Clients regarding the use of the Website.
  3. Review and respond to Client claims.

3.2. The Client's obligations:

  1. Pay for the Goods as outlined in this Offer.
  2. Review the description of the Goods before making a purchase.
  3. Notify the Website Administration promptly of any claims related to the Goods.

 

4. PAYMENTS

4.1. The price of the Goods is indicated on the respective page of the Website and includes all payment system fees.

4.2. Payment for the Goods is made under the condition of 100% prepayment.

4.3. The Website Administration reserves the right to change the price of Goods unilaterally.

5. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

5.1. The Client purchases Goods on the Website by placing an order and making payment.

5.2. Delivery of the Goods is made only after 100% prepayment by the Client. The Goods are delivered to the Client through an active hyperlink for download.

6. CLIENT CLAIMS

6.1. Claims regarding the quality of the Goods must be submitted within 30 minutes of receiving the Goods.

6.2. In the event of claims regarding the quality of the Goods, the Client may request a replacement or a refund.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Website Administration is not responsible for any account blocks related to the use of the Goods, imposed by third parties such as game producers.

7.2. The Website Administration is not responsible for any damages caused by site failures, viruses, or blocks imposed by software producers.

8. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

8.1. This Offer comes into force upon its publication on the Website and remains valid until it is revoked by the Website Administration.

8.2. The Website Administration reserves the right to make changes to the Offer, which come into effect upon publication on the Website.
